The form uses the name, contact details, company and project information you choose to provide. These remain in page memory until you reload or close it. The form does not save them in a database or send emails automatically. Opening your email app transfers the message text to that app; you send the email yourself. Selected files are not uploaded or attached automatically: attach them to your email. Please avoid unnecessary personal information.
We use received messages to respond, assess your project and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request; for company representatives, our legitimate interest in managing business relationships. Providing information is optional, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient contact and project details. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or make automated decisions.
The website does not retain form entries after the page is closed. Messages sent to the company are retained in relation to handling and following up the enquiry; if an order follows, contractual, administrative and legal obligations and any need to protect legal rights also apply. Contact the controller for information about retention of your particular message.
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure; business email uses Aruba. Browsing involves technical data, such as IP addresses and connection requests, needed to deliver and protect the service. Authorised staff and relevant technical providers may process messages. Provider terms describe their processing and any international transfers; you can ask the controller about providers and applicable safeguards.
The website code does not integrate advertising, traffic analytics or profiling cookies. The hosting infrastructure may use technical tools required for operation and security.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing by emailing info@ifadra.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
